Family Friendly VW Event
To Be Confirmed, 2021

As many of you know, Blackpool Breeze 2019 lived up to its name as the wind and rain battered us into oblivion. The weather put a lot of people off which resulted in greatly reduced ticket sales.

We do not make money from Breeze and we normally keep enough money back to run the following year and donate the rest, hence we have been able to give £14,029 to our Various Charities over the last six years. Sadly though, this time we have just broken even.

After careful consideration the committee have decided not to run a show in 2020. We are looking at possible new venues to bring you a new and improved show in 2021.

At this time we would like to thank everyone for their support over the years. We would also invite your thoughts and ideas on how to make the show a show you wouldn't want to miss.

Please feel free to comment with any ideas on our Facebook page.

Diner and Bar

Playing host to the Blackpool Breeze 2021 event, the Coast Riders Diner will be open for breakfast, meals and liquid refreshment. Further information is available from their website:

Pub Quiz

Our resident quizmaster (aka Sharon) will be doing a Disney quiz for the kids followed by a pub quiz for the adults, with prizes for both.

There will be an autojumble on the hardstanding on Saturday morning with all ticket holders welcome to a free plot.

Individuals will be responsible for their own pitch which must be cleared in time for the line-up for Craig's Cruze.

A chance for a garage clearout or to pick up the part you've been hunting for!

As always, there will be kid's party entertainment on the Saturday morning. Details will be published here shortly.

With "Twisty Paul", including balloon modelling, comedy magic, plenty of audience participation, balloons, party games, disco dancing, a few more balloons and plenty of fun along with lots of laughter.

Live Music

There will be live bands playing over the weekend. As they're confirmed, we'll add more details here.

Dead Friends

Grungy rock and punk music.

Craig's Cruze

We regret to announce that after much deliberation, our regular cruise will not go ahead this year.

Sadly, we have Blackpool Air Show to the north of us and St Annes Kite Festival to the south, both of which could lead to significant traffic and potential queues.

Less than ideal for vintage engines, but both worth a visit if you want a drive out by yourself.

Instead, we are working on providing additional entertainment on site.

Watch this space!

Blackpool "Bay" Watch

After running the same theme for a number of years, we thought we'd mix it up this year with your interpretation of Blackpool "Bay" Watch.

Victorian bathing suits, seagull costumes, "kiss me quick" hats or the full Hasselhoff. We'll leave it up to you, but keep it clean!

There'll be a number of party games and prizes for best costume up for grabs, with Live Music.

Family Friendly Show

We aim to ensure our event is family friendly and children are welcome throughout. After 9pm however, party games and commentary aimed at adults may not be considered suitable by all.

Many children do stay until late in the evening and we leave it to the parent's discretion to decide what is right for them.
